Your booking is fulfilled by Nuitee, a licensed travel provider, who holds the reservation with the hotel. You find the hotel on Cityraze; checkout, payment and your booking documents are handled on travel.cityraze.com, our booking site run by Nuitee.

Yes. You pay on travel.cityraze.com, our secure checkout run by Nuitee. Your card details go straight to the payment processor and never touch Cityraze’s servers — we never see or store them.

It depends on the rate you choose. Every room shows its policy before you book — free cancellation (with the cut-off date) or non-refundable. Pick the one that suits you.

By email, as soon as payment goes through. It has your booking reference, a confirmation PDF and your invoice from Nuitee.
