Your card is safe
You pay on travel.cityraze.com, our checkout run by Nuitee with a secure, PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card details go straight to the processor and never touch Cityraze — we never see or store them.
No hidden fees
The total you see at checkout is the price including taxes and fees. There is no Cityraze booking fee added on top.
Cancellation you can see
Every rate shows its policy before you pay — free cancellation with the cut-off date, or non-refundable. You choose the terms that suit the trip.
A licensed partner fulfils it
Bookings are confirmed and held by Nuitee, a licensed travel provider, with the hotel. Your confirmation and invoice arrive by email, and you can view or cancel anytime under Manage booking.
Private by design
We don’t sell your data. A light human-check keeps bots off the site, and your search stays yours.
